The hotel boasts big rooms with all ocean views, though there was a slight inconvenience upon arrival regarding room availability. The service was incredibly polite and hospitable, making my stay enjoyable. The location, while a bit away from the main city of Korfakkan, offered fantastic views from the high club room. The dining experience, while below average, could use some improvement. Overall, a decent stay with friendly service and great ocean views.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious and lovely rooms, but there were some issues with communication. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Diaa Elhassan and Hossny at reception, and Richard in the restaurant. The location, although in need of refurbishing, was a perfect retreat away from the city, with beachfront access and plenty of facilities for everyone. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some staff being incredibly helpful and lots of options, but falling short of expectations in some areas. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a mix of positive and negative points.
